RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Return Eligibility
You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (with tags attached)
- Original packaging included
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) required
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Swimwear & lingerie (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Final sale items (marked as such at purchase)
How to Return
- Request a Return via your account at rixodresses.com/returns
- Pack securely in the original packaging (or similar protective material)
- Attach the prepaid return label (if eligible)
- Drop off at any designated courier location
Refunds & Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defective/wrong item.
- Exchanges are subject to availability (if your requested size/color is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund).
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos of the issue.
- We’ll arrange a free return & replacement/refund.
International Returns
- Customers outside the UK/EU are responsible for return shipping & customs fees.
- We recommend using a tracked & insured shipping method.
