RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Return Eligibility

You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (with tags attached)
  • Original packaging included
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) required

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Swimwear & lingerie (for hygiene reasons)
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Final sale items (marked as such at purchase)

How to Return

  1. Request a Return via your account at rixodresses.com/returns
  2. Pack securely in the original packaging (or similar protective material)
  3. Attach the prepaid return label (if eligible)
  4. Drop off at any designated courier location

Refunds & Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defective/wrong item.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability (if your requested size/color is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund).

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide photos of the issue.
  3. We’ll arrange a free return & replacement/refund.

International Returns

  • Customers outside the UK/EU are responsible for return shipping & customs fees.
  • We recommend using a tracked & insured shipping method.
